Dave has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multifamily investment sales with CBRE, Inc., preceded by operational and corporate level experience with a large, private multifamily investor.

During his multifamily investment sale career, Dave was responsible for the sale of more than 50,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $3.0 Billion.

Dave has been a featured presenter of the State of the Industry Report to the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Apartment Association.
